Each class starts with a forty-five minute warm-up
stretch followed by our floor work including core, arm, bottock and leg building exercises. The last forty-five minutes of
each class is devoted to the cardiovascular routine that burns fat and builds poise. Followed by extensive pole work. In each
class you will find yourself progressing with more advanced pole techniques. As you move into higher sessions you will find
yourself able to do the more advanced floor exercises.
Classes available:
Group Session: Classes with six (6) or more students
Semi Private Session: Classes two (2) to five
(5) students
Private Session: Classes with one (1) student

What if you don't have time for a full hour and a half work out? We can help! Now offering two forty-five minute
classes per week for the same price as a regular class! Too busy even for two classes per week? Why not take only one class
per week for 12 weeks? It's still the same price as a regular class!
Are you unsure if Enigma is the
kind of Fitness you are interested in? Why not take it for a test drive? We are currently holding "Drop-In" Classes!
