Listed below are a few commonly asked questions reguarding our classes. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact us.

Have any of your instructors ever been Exotic dancers?

No.

Are you teaching women to become Exotic dancers and/or preform live?

Absolutely not.
We here at Enigma are all for the Fitness. We use the Pole as a tool, like you would with a tredmill or anyother exercise equipment.
We do not ask our students to preform for anyone.
What they do with what we teach them is their choice.

What do you wear for this kind of class?

Typically we wear shorts and tank tops, anything that you would normally wear to a yoga class or the gym.
Barefeet are suggested.

 

Do you have to wear those crazy high heels?

Not unless you want to... But why wouldn't you? They are so much FUN!

 

I have not worked out in a long time (or ever),
will I still be able to take this class?

Of course, like any exercise, we start you out slowly. Don't worry you will get the "swing" of things!

 

I've had major surgery in the past, will that conflict with my taking this class?

Everyone is different. We have had many people who had undergone some sort of surgery that are still able to take this class. If you are worried about this please contact us, we can modify any exercise for those who need it.

 

I'm really shy, what if I didn't want to take a class with a bunch of women I don't know?

That is why we have Private Classes!
It's just you and your instructor.

 

Do you have an age limit?

There is no limit. We believe that you are as old (or young) as you feel. If you are under 18 we do require that a parent or legal guardian sign off on your sign-up form.

 

Is there anything that I should bring with me?

We do most of our floor exercises on pilates mats. We do have spare mats, however when we have larger classes they run out fast. You might want to bring one if you have one.
Yoga mats work as well.

 

What if I don't pick up the exercises right away?

Everyone learns at different paces. If you feel left behind in your class please let your instructor know, and we will work with you.
Our mission is to make you feel comfortable in all aspects of our classes.

 

I really like this idea.... But what if I want to try before I buy?

Then we would suggest our drop in class. It's a great way to introduce yourself to Pole Fitness. We have one every Monday night at 7:30pm. It is non-progressive so you can jump in any time. It costs $35.00 per class.

 

When I complete Session One... Then what? Do I just do Session One over again?

Oh no that would be much too boring... You would go on to Session Two!

 

Do the Higher Sessions cost more?

No way! That would be crule... Get you addicted to it then make you pay more! That's not how we do business. You would pay the same price you paid for your inital session.

 

What if I pay for my full Six week Session and after going to my first class decide that I don't like it?

We have a very strict Refund Policy, once you have taken your first class there is no refund. If you are worried about not liking the classes we would suggest taking one of our Drop - In classes to make sure that it's something you would be interested in.
